Cherries (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210°C Rinse the cherries, removing the stalks and stones or leaving them if you wish. If you're leaving the stones, watch out for your teeth when it comes to eating it! This traditional recipe keeps them ;)

Flour (all-purpose)
Sugar (granulated)
Vanilla sugar

Step 2

In the Digicook bowl, add: flour, sugar, a pinch of salt (optional: vanilla sugar). Mix for 5 sec / speed 3. Add in the eggs, and mix again for 5 sec / speed 3.

Dans le bol du Digicook, ajouter les œufs. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 4 / 30 secondes.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 4

Next add in the milk bit by bit, and mix again on speed 1. Add in the melted butter and mix a final time for 5 sec / speed 3.

Cherries (fresh)

Step 5

Grease your cake pan, spread out the apricots on the bottom and pour the batter on top. Cook for 10 minutes at 210°C, then lower the heat to 180°C and cook for 20 minutes more.

Step 6

Serve lukewarm or cold (optional: decorate with some icing sugar on top). Enjoy!
