Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small)
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a bit of pasta water & set it aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes. Drain them.
Step 3
Drain the pasta & add it back to the pot. On low heat, add a dab of butter, the pre-cooked broccoli & the spinach. Stir & cook until the veggies warm through, about 2-3 min.
Step 4
Add the heavy cream, parmesan, mozzarella cheese & a splash of the reserved pasta water to the pot. Stir & cook until the cheese is fully melted, about 2 min. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy !* *Check out our tips for this step
