Step 1
Toast the nuts in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes on "grill" mode, making sure they do not burn.

In a large pot of hot water, cook the ravioli, according to the instructions on the packet.

Take the nuts out of the oven and roughly crush them.

Meantime, add the cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into second pot.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of pasta cooking water per person to the cream. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6
Wash and cut the pears into thin slices (remove the skin if you'd like)
Step 7
Once the ravioli are cooked, drain them.
Step 8
Mix the ravioli with the cream.
Step 9
Serve with the pears, crushed walnuts, pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil, and presto!
