Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Fill the Thermomix with water.

Add the cauliflower to the Varoma basket & place it in the Thermomix. Cook 15 min/ Varoma/ speed 1.

Once cooked through, drain the cauliflower.

Flour (all-purpose)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 4

Put the milk, flour and chopped butter in the Thermomix. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg if you have it. Cook for 7 min/90°C/speed 4.

Shredded cheese

Step 5

Put the cauliflower in an oven-proof dish and season. Add the bechamel and the cheese.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes until the top is nice and golden brown. Serve!
