Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Chop the cauliflower into florets.* *Check out our tips for this step

Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Butter (unsalted)

In a pan, add the butter and let it melt.

Flour (all-purpose)

Add the flour and mix.

Milk (whole)

Add slowly the milk and mix together and stir until it thickens.

Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 6

After 10 minutes, check the cauliflower's cooking and drain.

Shredded cheese

Step 7

Put the cauliflower in an oven-proof dish and season. Add the bechamel and the cheese.

Step 8

Bake for 15 minutes until the top is nice and golden brown. Serve!
