Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut into florets. * *Check out our tips for this step

Red apple

Step 2

Wash & slice the apple into quarters.

Parsley (fresh)
Hazelnuts

Step 3

In the bowl of the Thermomix, add : the cauliflower, apple, parsley & hazelnuts, if you have some. Mix for 7 sec / speed 5.

Honey
Lemon

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix : the honey, lemon zest & juice & 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 5

In a salad bowl, add the cauliflower mixture. Top with the sauce & stir to combine. Chill for at least 3 hours. Enjoy !
