Step 1

Wash then peel your carrots, then chop them into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, add a pat of butter or a drizzle of olive oil and cook the carrots for 2 minutes on 110°C, speed 1.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 3

Ajoutez ensuite de l'eau à niveau (pour recouvrir les légumes), ajoutez le gingembre (râpez-le si il est frais), salez, poivrez, couvrez puis laissez mijoter pendant 20 min / 110°C / vitesse 1.

Step 4

Veillez à ce que vos légumes soient tout le temps immergés. Si ce n'est pas le cas, ajoutez de l'eau.

Step 5

Une fois les carottes bien tendres, mixez le tout pendant 30 sec/vitesse 10. Ajoutez un peu d'eau si la consistance vous semble trop épaisse. C'est prêt !
