Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the veggie cutlets & cook for 4 min on each side.

Little gem lettuce

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the salad.

Step 3

Once golden & cooked through, dice the veggie cutlets.

Parmesan (shaved)
Caesar dressing

Step 4

Serve the salad with the diced veggie cutlets & parmesan shavings. Top with caesar sauce & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
