Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the 'pommes dauphines' on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown, following the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. In a bowl, mix together half the mustard, the balsamic vinegar, and one teaspoon of olive oil per person.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the hamburger patties. Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of herbes de Provence. Reduce the heat and cook for 7 to 8 minutes over low heat, turning them regularly.
Step 4
Once the 'pommes dauphines' are cooked and golden brown, remove them from the oven. Serve the hamburger steak on a plate with the 'pommes dauphines', the salad dressed with vinaigrette, and the rest of the mustard. Enjoy!
