Burger bun

Step 1

Spread a pat of butter onto the bun bottoms and toast them on either a grill or in the pan for 3 minutes.

Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and pit. Cut it into thin slices.

Tzatziki

Step 3

Prepare the buns. Spread tzatziki on both sides.

Step 4

Garnish with avocado slices, smoked salmon, and the mixed baby greens. Add some lemon zest, a drizzle of juice on top and a splash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and top with a bun.
