If you can't choose between a decadent pasta dish and a healthy broccoli dish, don't worry! With this recipe, you don't have to!
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half, if needed.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 2
Place it in a pot of hot water and cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3
When the 6 minutes are up, add the pasta and cook according to packet instructions, and drain it when it's done.
Step 4
Now, mince the garlic.
Step 5
fry the garlic with the anchovies in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 6
Break up the anchovies by mashing them with a fork.
Step 7
Next, add the drained pasta and broccoli to the pan with the anchovy-garlic mixture.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 9
Serve the pasta, season, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
