Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Chop the broccoli into florets.* *Check out our tips for this step

Cook in boiling water for 10 min, or until fork tender.

Butter (unsalted)

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a pot, on low heat.

Flour (all-purpose)

Add the flour and mix, stirring quickly.

Milk (whole)

Step 5

Slowly add the milk and mix together with a whisk until the sauce thickens.

Broccoli (fresh)

Once cooked through, drain the broccoli.

Shredded cheese

Step 7

Add the broccoli in an oven-proof dish and season to taste. Pour the bechamel on top & top with grated cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve and enjoy !
