Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half. You can also slice the stem into small cubes & add it to your dish. (For more tender veg, steam the broccoli for 5 min).

Egg

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Scramble the eggs in a bowl using a fork or whisk and season with salt & pepper.

Cheddar (shredded)

Step 3

Cover a pie dish with parchment paper and brush with melted butter or oil. Add the broccoli and then the scrambled eggs and the cheddar.* Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 4

Take the frittata out of the oven and serve with a green salad. Enjoy!
