Step 1
Coarsely chop the chocolate, using a knife.
Step 2
In a hot saucepan, add the milk & heat it, over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chocolate, a pinch of Fleur de sel (optional) & the whiskey cream. Bring to a light simmer, then, over low heat, continue heating for another 2 min, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve the hot chocolate in mugs. Top with whipped cream & light dusting of grated chocolate. Enjoy !
