Spring roll (pork)

Step 1

Cook the spring rolls according to pack instructions.

Vermicelli (rice noodles)

Step 2

In a pot of hot water, cook the rice noodles according to pack instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Set to one aside.

Carrots (fresh)
Cucumber
Peanuts

Step 3

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the cucumbers and carrots into julienne (small sticks). Crush the peanuts.

Spring roll (pork)

Step 4

When the spring rolls are cooked, cut them in two or three.

Step 5

On each plate, add the rice noodles, beansprouts, carrots, cucumber and spring rolls.

Step 6

Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on the Bo bun. Add on the spring roll sauce (included with the spring rolls). Optional: add some mint. Enjoy!
