Butter

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cube the butter into small cubes.

Rolled oats
Flour (all-purpose)
Demerara sugar

Step 2

Prepare the crumble mixture. In a bowl, combine : the oats, flour, half of the brown sugar* & butter. Mix the ingredients with your fingers, until it forms a course sandy texture. *Check out our tips for this step

Blueberries
Corn starch
Lemon

Step 3

Prepare the blueberry filling. In a second bowl, combine : the blueberries, remaining brown sugar, corn starch, a pinch of salt, lemon zest & juice.

Step 4

In an oven-proof dish, add the blueberry mixture. Top evenly with the crumble mixture & bake for 20-25 min at 190°C.

Step 5

Once the blueberries are bubbling & the crumble topping is browned, remove the dish from the oven & leave to rest for 5 min. Serve with some vanilla ice-cream & enjoy !
