Oven, Aluminum foil
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, combine : smoked paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder & sugar. Add a pinch of salt & ground black pepper per portion. Mix it all together.
Step 2
In a large bowl, generously drizzle the wings with olive oil. Rub the oil all over the wings. Add in the spice mix & toss to evenly coat.
Step 3
Line a sheet tray with aluminium foil or baking paper & arrange the wings evenly. Roast in the oven for 20 min at 200°C. After 20 min, raise the heat to 220°C & cook for another 15 more min or until crisp.
Step 4
Remove the wings from the oven & serve with tartar sauce for dipping & some crunchy fresh veggies. Enjoy !
