Oven, Tart pan, Parchment paper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Defrost the berries in a bowl of room temperature water and drain once defrosted. You can also defrost in the refrigerator the night before.
Step 2
In the meantime, add the pie crust to a pie dish (we used a 31 cm diameter dish here) & prick a few times using a fork. Cook for 5 minutes at 180°C.
Step 3
In the meantime, mix the softened butter, flour & sugar with your fingers to obtain a sandy texture.
Step 4
Add the drained berries to the bottom of the pie crust, sprinkle lightly with sugar (optional) & cover with the crumble.
Step 5
Bake the tart for 50 minutes at 180°C. Remove the tart from the oven & let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
