Step 1

Take the butter out of the fridge so gets to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the flour, 3/4 sugar, a pinch of salt and softened butter to the Thermomix.

Mix for 10 sec / speed 6. Next add the crumbled feta and mix for 10 sec / speed 4.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into cubes. Put them in a baking dish, adding, salt, pepper, (optional : 0.5 tsp/person sugar) and mix everything together.

Step 4

Add the crumble mixture on top, spread it over the vegetables. Bake for 50 minutes, until the crumble is nice and golden. Serve!

Excellente recette. Je me suis inspirée des commentaires précédents. Pour ma part, j'ai mis les poivrons au four avant afin de les cuire et d'enlever la peau. J'ai également mis du miel sur la préparation 👍 • 2 years ago
