Flour (all-purpose)
Parmesan (grated)
Butter

Step 1

Take the butter out of the fridge so gets to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the flour, 3/4 sugar, a pinch of salt and softened butter to the Thermomix.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 2

Mix for 10 sec / speed 6. Next add the crumbled feta and mix for 10 sec / speed 4.

Bell pepper (red)
Tomato

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into cubes. Put them in a baking dish, adding, salt, pepper, (optional : 0.5 tsp/person sugar) and mix everything together.

Step 4

Add the crumble mixture on top, spread it over the vegetables. Bake for 50 minutes, until the crumble is nice and golden. Serve!
