Step 1

Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.

Apple cider vinegar

Step 2

Make the dressing by mixing 1 teaspoon of vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper.
