Step 1

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into thin slices.

Beets (cooked)
Lambs Lettuce

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, chopped or cubed beets, crumbled goat cheese and avocado. Toss with the dressing and enjoy!
