White rice (long grain)

Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Strain at the end of cooking.

Thinly slice the cabbage.

In a hot frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Garlic
Soy sauce

Step 4

Add the meat, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and fry the meat for 5 minutes over high heat.

White rice (long grain)
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 5

Serve the rice with the sautéed beef. You can top with fresh cabbage if you wish. (Optional: add fresh cilantro and lemon if you have some).
