Ground beef

Step 1

Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add the ground beef and cook for 2 minutes, while breaking up the meat with a spatula or wooden spoon.

Tomato sauce

Step 2

Add the tomato sauce and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 more minutes. Like it spicy? Add some chili powder or hot sauce!

To assemble, add the beef, the sour cream and shredded cheese to one side of a tortilla. Optional: Top with fresh cilantro.
