Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. On a parchment paper-lined baking tray, add the 'pommes noisettes'. Cook according to package instructions, until golden.


Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, combine :the mustard, balsamic vinegar & 1 tbsp of olive oil per serving. Season with salt & pepper.


Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium-high heat. Add the burger patties & season with salt, pepper & some 'herbes de Provence'. Reduce the heat & sear for 7-8 mins, over low heat, flipping th patties halfway through.

Step 4
Once the 'pommes noisettes' are golden & crispy, remove them from the oven. Serve them in a plate with the burger patty & side of green salad. Season the salad with the homemade vinaigrette & enjoy !
