Beef (top round steak)

Step 1

Cut the meat into thin strips.

Soy sauce
Ginger (fresh)

Step 2

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine : soy sauce, grated ginger & pepper.

Step 3

Add the beef strips to the marinade & set aside.

Carrots (fresh)

Step 4

Wash & slice the carrots into ribbons, using a vegetable peeler.

Zucchini

Step 5

Wash & slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

Peas (fresh)

Step 6

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the zucchini, carrots & peas. Cook for 10 min, stirring regularly.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 7

Add the beef with its marinade. Continue cooking for another 2-3 min, stirring regularly.

Sesame seeds

Step 8

Serve the sauteed veggies with the beef. Top with sesame seeds & season to taste. Enjoy !
