Step 1
Preheat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the frozen potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in another pan over medium heat & add the steak. Season all over with salt & pepper and brush with bbq sauce. Sear for 3-4 mins on each side.
Step 3
Remove from the heat once fully cooked. Transfer to a cutting board & rest for a few mins before slicing.
Step 4
Once the potatoes are crispy, serve them with the bbq steak & a side of salad seasoned to your liking. Enjoy !
