Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash & cut the potatoes into pieces.
Step 2
In an oven proof dish, add the potatoes. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well & bake for 35-40 min at 200°C.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in another pan over medium heat & add the steak. Season all over with salt & pepper and brush with bbq sauce. Sear for 3-4 mins on each side.
Step 4
Remove from the heat once fully cooked. Transfer to a cutting board & rest for a few mins before slicing.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are cooked through & golden brown, serve them with the bbq steak & a side of salad seasoned to your liking. Enjoy !
