Stovetop, Peeler, Frying pan
Step 1
If you have frozen baguettes, defrost them according to their instructions.
Step 2
Using a peeler, slice the carrots and cucumber into long strips.

Add them to a bowl with the vinegar and put it in the fridge.

Cut the chicken into strips

Mince the garlic.
Step 6
In a hot frying pan, add the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, one teaspoon of sugar per person. Add the chicken.

Cook for 4 minutes, turning them over periodically to cook them thoroughly and avoid burning.

To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the spicy sauce (sriracha).
Step 9
Halve the baguette.
Step 10
Spread the sauce on the inside. Place the chicken and strained vegetables in it. (Optional: Sprinkle some fresh cilantro on top.) Serve and enjoy!
