Step 1
Add the oats, baking powder, vanilla sugar, chopped bananas and egg to a blender or food processor. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
Step 2
Mix to combine.
Step 3
Heat a pan on low heat and add a dab of butter. Add a ladle of pancake batter and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute, until golden & cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter, lightly greasing you pan between each pancake.
Step 4
Serve with some sliced banana, maple syrup or honey. Enjoy!
