Rolled oats
Baking powder
Vanilla sugar
Banana

Step 1

Add the oats, baking powder, vanilla sugar & chopped bananas to a food processor.

Egg

Step 2

Add the eggs & a pinch of salt to the food processor. Mix everything until smooth & homogenous.

Step 3

Melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add a small ladle of pancake batter to the pan & cook for 2-3 min - you can cook several pancakes simultaneously.

Step 4

Flip the pancakes over & continue cooking 2-3 min on the other side until golden & cooked through. Repeat until all the pancake batter is used.

Step 5

Serve the banana pancakes on a plate & top with banana slices, if you have some left. Add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, if you have some. Enjoy !
