Gnocchi
Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a baking dish, add the gnocchi. Wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to the dish with the gnocchi.

Herbes de Provence

Step 2

Season with a drizzle of olive oil and herbes de Provence. Add a dash of water and season with salt, pepper and stir to combine.

Goat cheese (round)

Step 3

Place the goat cheese in the middle of the dish, then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Step 4

Once the goat cheese has melted and the tomatoes have browned, remove the dish from the oven. Serve with a green salad, it's ready!
