Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brown the gnocchi well in a pan for 2 minutes over high heat in a drizzle of olive oil. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Wash and cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then into thin slices. (Optional: for softer zucchini, brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 4-5 minutes.)

Peel then cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 5
Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Step 6
Prepare the sauce by mixing the crème fraîche and pesto rosso.
Step 7
Check the doneness of the gnocchi. Reserve.
Step 8
In a baking dish, add: the golden gnocchi, zucchini, chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions.
Step 9
Then distribute the crème fraîche/pesto rosso mixture using a spoon. Season with pepper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and serve. It's ready !
