Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease individual oven-proof ramekins or bowls.

Smoked salmon
Crème fraîche

Step 2

Add the smoked salmon &vcrème fraîche in the ramekins.

Egg

Step 3

Gently crack the eggs into the ramekins.* Season with freshly grated pepper & bake for 10-15 min, depending on the size of the ramekins, at 180°C. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 4

Once the baked eggs are cooked through - the egg whites should no longer be translucent - remove the ramekins from the oven.

White bread (sliced)
Lambs Lettuce

Step 5

Serve the baked eggs with some toasted bread & a side of green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
