Chicken breast

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the chicken fillet in half, making it thinner, then soften it using a rolling pin or the back of a wooden spoon.

Flour (all-purpose)

Step 2

In a deep dish, add the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat the chicken on both sides.

Egg

Step 3

In a second dish, add the egg. Whisk it with a fork, then dip the chicken in it on both sides.

Bread crumbs (plain)

Step 4

Add the breadcrumbs to a third plate and coat the chicken on both sides.

Step 5

On an greased sheet tray or covered with baking paper, place the breaded chickens. Brush them with a drizzle of olive oil, then bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.

Lettuce (Romaine)

Step 6

Meanwhile, wash then cut the salad into pieces.

Caesar dressing
Parmesan (shaved)

Step 7

In a bowl, mix: salad, Caesar sauce and parmesan shavings.

Step 8

Once the chicken is nicely browned and crispy, remove it from the oven.

Step 9

On a plate, serve the breaded chicken with the Caesar salad. Add a few shavings of parmesan and pepper. It's ready!
