Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Wash the apples, place them in a dish.

Sugar (granulated)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 2

Add a little water to the dish (about 2cl per person), a knob of butter and sprinkle the apples with sugar.

Step 3

Option: add a pinch of cinnamon.

Step 4

Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.

Step 5

Serve alone, or with cream or vanilla ice cream, yummy!
