Bacon

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat. Add the bacon strips & cook until crisp, about 2 min per side. Transfer to a paper-towel lined plate.

Egg

Step 2

Meanwhile, crack the eggs in a small bowl. Add salt, pepper and whisk them together.

Cheddar (slices)

Step 3

In the same pan, pour in the eggs. Swirl the pan to spread the eggs evenly. Allow the eggs to set, about 30 sec. Add a slice of cheese in the center & fold up the edges of the eggs over the cheese. Lay the remaining slice of cheese on top, cover the pan for 30 sec - 1 min, until the cheese has melted.

Bagel

Step 4

Halve the bagel and toast to your liking.

Step 5

On the bottom half of the bagel, lay the bacon & place the cheesy eggs on top. If you like to spice things up, add ketchup or hot sauce (optional). Close the bagel sandwich & slice in half. Serve & enjoy!
