We're egg-cited for anything with crispy bacon & creamy avocado! How about you?!
Make sure you have...
Frying pan, Stovetop
Step 1
Halve the burger buns. Heat a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Toast the buns, cut side down, for 2-3 min. Set aside.
Step 2
On the same heated pan, lay each bacon slice & cook 2 min on each side or until crisp to your liking. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
Step 3
Heat another dab of butter in the pan & cook the eggs sunny-side up until done to your liking. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 4
Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Slice the avocado & layer it on the bottom half of the bun. Season with salt & pepper. Add the bacon, fried egg & chopped chives (optional).* Close the sandwich & enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding some some cream cheese, slices of red onion & some salad leaves.
