Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Beat the eggs together in a salad bowl using a whisk or fork. Season with salt & pepper, add the cheddar, mix and set aside.

Step 2

In a pan on high heat, cook the bacon until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and cook until golden and no liquid remains in the pan.

Step 3

Grease a cake tin or pie dish with butter or oil. Add the mushrooms and bacon, followed by the egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Take the frittata out of the oven and serve! Tip: Best paired with a small green salad. Enjoy!
