Country bread (sliced)

Step 1

Heat 2 TB olive oil in a pan and toast the bread on both sides until golden. Set aside.

Step 2

Optional: Add some seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.) to the pan and toast for 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

Chives (fresh)

Step 3

Optional: Finely chop some fresh chives and set aside.

Avocado

Step 4

Thinly slice the avocado.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 5

Arrange the avocado slices on the toast and sprinkle with crumbled feta.

Lemon
Balsamic glaze

Step 6

Drizzle with balsamic glaze, lemon juice and the toasted seeds and chopped chives (if using). Season to taste and serve!
