Step 1

Wash the strawberries and quarter them.

Red onion

Step 2

Remove the outer skin and finely slice the red onion.

Almonds (whole, unsalted)

Step 3

Roughly chop the almonds.

Avocado

Step 4

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and the skin. Cut into thick slices and then cubes.

Step 5

In a shallow dish, add the spinach, strawberries, avocado, onion, crumbled feta and chopped almonds. Season with the dressing of your choice and season with salt & pepper. Mix and enjoy!
