Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan

Pasta (farfalle or bow-tie)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the mushrooms.

Garlic

Step 3

Peel & mince the garlic.

Step 4

Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the garlic & mushrooms. Sauté for 10 min, stirring occasionally.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 5

Add the pasta to the pan. Season with salt & pepper, then add the spinach. Stir & continue cooking for another 2-3 min.

Goat cheese

Step 6

Serve Autumn mushroom farfalle in a plate with fresh goat's cheese. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
