Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan
Step 1
Wash & slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Peel & finely mince the shallots.
Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shallots & grated garlic. Sauté for 30 sec, stirring.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms & 'herbes de Provence'. Season with salt & pepper & continue cooking for another 10 min, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.
Step 6
Add the spinach & drained pasta to the pan. Stir & continue cooking for another 2-3 min.
Step 7
Serve Autumn mushroom farfalle in a plate topped with the crumbled fresh goat's cheese. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
