Pie crust (ready-to-bake)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the pie crust to a pie dish and prick a few times using a fork. Once the oven is hot, cook the crust for 5 minutes.

Egg
Milk (whole)
Heavy cream

Step 2

Add the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper to a bowl and whisk until uniform.

Pie crust (ready-to-bake)

Step 3

Remove the crust from the oven after 5 minutes.

Artichoke hearts
Mozzarella (fresh)
Prosciutto

Step 4

Add the artichokes to the crust, then the shredded mozzarella and ham.

Step 5

Pour the egg mixture and season with salt & pepper.

Step 6

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad and enjoy!
