Stovetop and Frying pan.

Recipe

Smoked paprika

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. In a large bowl, combine : a drizzle of olive oil per serving & paprika. Season with salt & pepper.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Add the chicken & let it marinate for 10 min in the fridge.

Red onion

Step 3

In the meantime, peel & thinly slice the red onions

Cucumber

Step 4

Wash & dice the cucumber.

Tomato

Step 5

Wash & dice the tomatoes.

Step 6

Prepare the Greek salad. In a mixing bowl, mix : the cucumber, tomatoes & red onions. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 7

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken & cook for 4-5 min on each side, until golden & cooked through.

Greek Yogurt (plain)

Step 8

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine : the yogurt & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.

Mixed grains (cooked)

Step 9

Reheat the mixed grains acccording to package instructions. Serve them on a plate with the chicken, Greek-style salad & yogurt sauce. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
