Paprika

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. In a large bowl, combine : a drizzle of olive oil & the paprika. Season with salt & pepper.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Add the chicken & leave to marinade for 10 min in the fridge.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash & slice the cucumber into cubes.

Red onion

Step 4

Peel & slice the onions into thin strips.

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken & cook for 4-5 min on each side, until golden & cooked through.

Greek Yogurt (plain)

Step 6

Spread the greek yogurt in a plate. Serve topped with the cucumber & onion salad & marinated chicken. Add a drizzle of olive oil & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
