Step 1

In a large bowl, add the chicken, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix together and let the chicken marinate while you prepare the salad.

Cut the cucumber in large chunks and thinly slice the red onion.

In a frying pan on high heat, cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked throughout.

Spread the greek yogurt on the bottom of a plate, add the cucumber and onion and place the chicken breast on top. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Dinner is served!
