Step 1

Preheat oven to 240°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Tomato purée

Step 2

Spread on the sauce in a thin layer, leaving a small border around the edges.

Mozzarella (fresh)
Onion jam
Anchovies
Black olives (pitted)

Step 3

Add the onion marmelade, anchovies, olives and mozzarella (in shreds or small pieces).

Step 4

Add a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve with a salad and enjoy!
