Air FryerRoasted Veggies with Feta & Orzo

Ingredients
Make sure you have...
Utensils
Stovetop, Pot (small) and Air fryer.
Recipe

Step 1
Peel & cut the red onions into thin wedges.

Step 2
Wash & cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves, then slice diagonaly.

Step 3
Wash & thinly slice the lemon.
Step 4
In the air fryer basket with the rack, add the onions, zucchini & lemon slices. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix well.


Step 5
Add the cherry tomatoes & feta* cheese on top. Air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C. *Check out our tipas for this step

Step 6
In the meantime, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain them once cooked through.

Step 7
Once the vegetables & feta are golden, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the orzo pasta on a plate with the roasted vegetables & feta. Add a few basil leaves, if you have any, & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
