Step 1
Slice the goat's cheese rounds in halves.

Step 2
Place the toast in the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper. Add a small drizzle of olive oil.



Step 3
Add the goat's cheese halves onto the toasts. Top with a drizzle of honey, the 'herbes de Provence' & pine nuts. Season with salt & pepper. Bake in the air fryer for 8-10 mins at 180°C.

Step 4
Once the cheese is lightly golden & melted, remove the toasts from the air fryer. Serve the salad on a plate & season to taste. Top with the warm goat's cheese toasts & enjoy!
