Make sure you have...
Air fryer
Step 1
Wash & dice the sweet potatoes.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the sweet potatoes. Season them with half of the smoked paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix to evenly coat.
Step 3
Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket with the rack. Air fry for 20 min at 200°C, stirring halfway through cooking.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine : the teriyaki sauce, grated garlic, remaining smoked paprika & sesame seeds (optional).
Step 5
Place the salmon fillets in a dish & brush them with the marinade. Place them in the air fryer basket, covering them with the remaining marinade. Air fry for 6-8 min at 200°C.
Step 6
Once the sweet potatoes are golden & the salmon is cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.
Step 7
Serve the teriyaki salmon on a plate with the roasted sweet potatoes & green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
