Make sure you have...
Step 1
Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the sweet potatoes. Season them with half of the smoked paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket with the rack. Cook them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (35 to 40 mins in the oven at 200°C), stirring halfway through cooking.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix: teriyaki sauce, grated garlic, remaining smoked paprika and sesame seeds, if you have any.
Step 5
Place the salmon fillets in a dish and brush them with the marinade. Then place them in the air fryer basket, covering them with the remaining marinade. Cook them in the air fryer for 6 to 8 minutes at 200°C (15 mins in the oven at 200°C).
Step 6
Once the sweet potatoes are golden and the salmon is cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.
Step 7
Serve the teriyaki salmon on a plate with the roasted sweet potatoes and the green salad dressed to your taste. It's ready!
