Air fryer.
Recipe

Step 1
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket with the rack. Air fry according to package instructions, flipping them halfway through.


Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix : the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds & a tablespoon of olive oil per serving. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 3
Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket with the rack. Cover with the sesame/breacrumbs mix. Air fry for 6-8 min at 200°C.
Step 4
Once golden brown, remove the potatoes and salmon from the air-fryer.


Step 5
Serve the sesame-crusted salmon on a plate with the potatoes, tartar sauce & the green salad dressed to your taste. Enjoy!
