Sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1

Drain & finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

Cream cheese
Sardines (boneless)
Lemon

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sardines, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice & zest. Season with pepper & mash everything with a fork.

Phyllo pastry sheet

Step 3

Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Use one sheet for 2 samosas.

Step 4

Take half a filo sheet and lightly brush with oil. Divide the cream cheese mixture to make sure you have enough to fill each one: 3 samosas per person. Add a little bit of the mixture on one of the half-sheets.

Step 5

Fold over to start forming a triangle. Continue folding over from top to bottom to form a closed triangle. Continue this process for each samosa.

Step 6

Add the samosas to the air fryer basket with the rack. Bake in the air fryer for 7 min at 200°C.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 7

Once the samosas are golden brown, take them out of the air fryer. Serve them on a plate with the salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
