Step 1
If needed, thaw the salmon. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (oven to 200°C). Wash & trim the ends of the asparagus stalks. Slice them in half. Wash & trim the ends of the green beans.
Step 2
Season both sides of the salmon with half of the smoked paprika.
Step 3
In the air fryer basket, add : the asparagus, green beans & salmon filets. Season the veggies with the remaining smoked paprika & add a drizzle of olive oil. Air fry for 8-10 min at 200°C (10-12 min in the oven at 200°C), flipping the salmon halfway through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
Step 5
Once the salmon & veggies are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the air-fried salmon with the asparagus, green beans & brown rice in a plate. Add a squeeze of lemon juice & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
