Sweet potato

Step 1

Wash & cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.

Step 2

Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C, mixing halfway through.

Hummus
Arugula
Feta cheese (block)

Step 3

Once the sweet potatoes are tender & golden brown, take them out of the air fryer. Serve them in a bowl with the hummus & arugula. Top with crumbled feta & season to taste. Enjoy!
